Dignity - Ability - Choice

Projects

West Mont Farm & Gardens is our next major project. The group home was built by volunteers in 1989. Through the years, it has become quite evident that the home is inefficient and lacks functionality.

Although licensed for 8-adults with disabilities, there are only 7-bedrooms and many parts of the home are not ADA accessible. SMA Architects has identified a number of issues that will be addressed during major renovations that are planned for the facility. Thanks to the Montana Department of Commerce and HUD, West Mont has been awarded both a Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership Grant that will help with the costs. Thanks also to Lewis & Clark County who sponsored our applications to the state. A generous grant from the Treacy Foundation will fund 75% of the cost of a new Water Supply System that is needed. More updates coming soon.
